I got by with a little help…

Just got back from my first day at a great internship!!  All I’m going to mention is how wonderful it is to have the fantastic help and expertise I had today in the form of someone showing me the ropes, how things are done, etc.  I’ve been in situations where I was left to my own devices and it just feels so much better to go through the day with someone teaching you how it’s done.  What a HUGE plus.  So grateful.

I’m writing this quickly as I eat dinner before heading over to LIC bar to play an acoustic set at 10pm with Annie Dressner (8pm) and Matt Sucich (9pm).  Have no fear if you can’t make it tonight, I’ll be playing with my band NEXT WEDNESDAY, at Pianos!! We’ll be working in some new elements, and it won’t be a show you’ll want to miss.  Fact… there will be new music…

Anyway, in the next few days following LIC bar tonight, look out for some interesting promo efforts on my part for the Pianos show.
